We acknowledge the decision of the Court today in the matter of Sarah Tricarico v Victorian Legal Services Board and we are considering the ramifications of that decision.

The Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner takes the decision of suspending a practising certificate seriously, and always seeks to act in line with our legislated remit and with consumer protection, the public interest and the reputation of the profession at the heart of our decision making.
